Update - A Kubernetes DNS issue was causing intermittent problems, which should now be resolved. (18:10 UTC — Feb 10)

A DNS issue is causing intermittent website and management API availability. Sending is unaffected.

Cloudflare, who protect our website and management API, are currently experiencing an issue, and the website and management API are intermittently unavailable. Mail services are unaffected.

Website database maintenance

We’ll be performing scheduled website database maintenance between 2025-02-06 09:30:00 and 2025-02-06 10:00:00. The website and Management API will be intermittently available during this time.

The SMTP service and Send API will be unaffected and email delivery will continue as normal.
